The Lennox 50 gallon chimney vent (atmospheric) water heater is installed across the GTA and Southern Ontario for $2,195. It vents naturally up an existing chimney, with no fan and no electrical connection. That makes it the simplest, lowest-cost swap when your home already has a working chimney vent.
