Size by simultaneous use. The RX160 (9.0 GPM) suits most 1–2 bathroom homes, the RX180 (10.0 GPM) 2–3 bathrooms, and the RX199 (11.1 GPM) larger homes or big tubs.
Is tankless better than a tank?
