The equipment and a standard installation by licensed, insured technicians. If your home needs extra work, such as a venting change, a new gas line or a condensate pump, we quote it and get your OK before we start.

40 and 50 gallon gas tanks are $2,195 installed, and 60 gallon tanks are $3,295.

Rinnai RX tankless water heaters are $5,495 (RX160) to $6,045 (RX180 and RX199) installed.

Yes. Rental tanks belong to the rental company, so tell us who your provider is when you book and we'll explain how the return works. Any buyout or removal fees in your rental contract are set by that provider.

Chimney vent tanks vent up an existing chimney and need no electricity. Power vent tanks use a fan to vent through the wall with PVC pipe, and need an outlet nearby.

As a guide, 40 gallons suits 2–3 people, 50 gallons 3–4 people and 60 gallons 5–6 people. Big tubs or teenagers may call for the next size up.

Tankless gives endless hot water, saves floor space and only uses gas when hot water runs. A tank costs less up front. If you often run out of hot water or want the space back, tankless is worth it.

As a rough guide, 45,000 BTU suits homes up to about 1,600 sq ft, 70,000 BTU 1,600–2,200 sq ft, 90,000 BTU 2,200–3,000 sq ft and 110,000 BTU 3,000–3,500 sq ft. We confirm the size before installing.

A single-stage furnace always runs at full output. A two-stage furnace runs on a lower stage most of the time and steps up only on the coldest days, for quieter operation and more even temperatures.

They do different jobs. A softener treats all the water in your home to stop scale and protect appliances. Reverse osmosis purifies drinking water at one tap. Many homes on hard GTA water use both.

City water is already disinfected, so UV is mainly for well water. Some homeowners add it on city water for extra protection. We can advise on your home.

A heat recovery ventilator exhausts stale air and brings in fresh air, pre-warming it with the outgoing heat. If you see window condensation, lingering odours or stuffy rooms, an HRV helps.

Yes. HEPA filtration, UV lights and HRVs are designed for homes with forced-air furnaces and ductwork. We check your system before installing.
